Her entire back catalog is worth every second of your time: great indie, power pop, Americana, heart-melting harmonies—whatever—she's a unique musician and nobody else sounds like Sam Phillips. Eric Van Lustbader I've been a big Sam Pillips fan for some time, but this has to be her most surprising album. I'm not a fan of Christmas songs, let alone remakes, but this LP will make a true believer out of anyone. "Christmas(Baby Please Come Home) has now become Sam's and Sam's alone. Great stuff all season long. Favorite track: Christmas (Baby Please Come Home).
